Leeds' New Luxury Student Accommodation, The Glassworks, Is Officially Open!

We welcome you to the brand new IconInc, The Glassworks, Leeds’ brand new luxury student accommodation!

The Glassworks officially opened last Tuesday and we had a grand opening event to celebrate the occasion. There was plenty of food on offer and we got to show some of our most valued business partners and clients what we’ve been working on for several years.

What’s more important though is you and we can’t wait for you all to see your new home, and move in to enjoy the luxury student accommodation experience.

We’ll be doing some welcoming events throughout September so you can all meet each other but here’s an idea of what you can expect when you arrive.

There’s a private cinema where you can watch your favourite movies or practice that ground-breaking presentation you’ve been creating.

There’s the sauna and steam room where you can relax after a hard day studying. Or maybe you want to wind down by doing a work out in the modern gym?

Cook up a storm in the mega kitchen and then chill out with your favourite TV show in the lounge.





Take advantage of the free breakfast bar in a morning because preparing breakfast in the morning can sometimes be a rush!

Grab your books, notepads and laptops and get that essay done in the private study room, in the Mac Zone or in a hangout pod.

Invite your friends over and enjoy a night in one of the glamping pods in the garden and, when the weather’s a bit warmer, treat them to a feast cooked on The Glassworks' very own BBQ!
