IconInc is a luxury student accommodation provider with presence in Lincoln, Leeds and Liverpool. We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Experience Host to join Gravity in Lincoln. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in customer service, customer engagement and gain experience in lettings and sales.

The Role

As a member of our front of house team you will be confident in welcoming students into our amazing building, Gravity, and providing them with a 7 star experience within their all inclusive student apartments. Our facilities include, 24 hour Gym, Sauna & Steam room, Cinema Room, iMac Centre, Mega Kitchens, Pantry and even an indoor slide! Excellent customer service is needed ensuring that breakfast buffets are presented, events are executed with a bang and daily queries are resolved in a warm and professional manner.

Skills, Experience & Benefits

Core Responsibilities:

· Dealing with tenant queries throughout their tenancy.

· Responsible for storing and issuing tenants post.

· Monitor the security of the building throughout shifts.

· Tenancy administration.

· Stock management, ensuring it is replenished and rotated.

· Managing the Grab & Go facilities including the presentation and tidiness of breakfasts.

· Managing maintenance issues.

· Administrative tasks.

· Upselling bundles and add-ons to tenants.

Requirements:

· Excellent customer service and time management skills.

· Ability to work on own initiative.

· Excellent prioritising skills.

· Good IT skills.

· Basic financial knowledge.

· Customer focused.

· Excellent attention to detail.

· Previous experience in a similar role such as customer service, guest relations or hotel experience is essential.

· Flexible and adaptable.

Please note this position is a 36 hours position on a rota basis. Weekends and Bank Holidays will be included!
