We’re proud to be opening two more IconInc luxury student accommodations in the UK next year.

Building on the success of The Edge in Leeds, we’re making our mark on Liverpool with The Ascent – and we’re sure you’re going to love it.

Here’s everything you need to know about upgrading your student life with us in Liverpool:

    What is it?

The 12-storey development is a brand new, luxury way to enjoy your university years. At a value of £24m, the building will boast 192 luxury apartments with en suite bathrooms, double and king-size beds, flat-screen TVs and high-speed internet. Utility bills are even included in the rent.

    Where is it?

The Ascent is located at Renshaw St, Liverpool, L1 2SJ, just minutes by foot from Liverpool Lime Street station and less than half a mile from the universities.

    When does it open?

IconInc: The Ascent officially opens in September 2017.

    Who can stay there?

Anyone. So long as you are a registered student at one of Liverpool’s universities, you can apply to live at The Ascent.

    How much is it?

Prices for an apartment at The Ascent Liverpool start at £179 per week.

What extras do I get at The Ascent?

Just like at The Edge in Leeds, you’ll get access to a range of extras to make your stay with us extra special.

Here’s a taste of what to expect from The Ascent:

    • All bills are included in the rent

    • Free use of IconInc's facilities

    • Sophisticated interior design

    • En suite bathroom with shower

    • Large flat-screen TV

    • Contents insurance included

    • Superfast 300 Mb broadband

    • Themed music room

    • Gym

    • Sauna and steam room

    • Free private cinema and games zone

    • Lounge and study-room

    • Pool room

    • Free breakfast and 24-hour coffee

    • 24-hour concierge

How close is it to the uni?

We chose a site that is conveniently situated between the two major universities in Liverpool. It is less than half a mile and no more than 15 minutes’ walk from both campuses.

What are the local bars and pubs like?

You’re right in the heart of studentville with IconInc, so it’s a short walk to the likes of favourites O’Neill’s and Walkabout and Beatles-heavy Rubber Soul and the Cavern Club.

    Where can I go shopping?

Liverpool ONE is only half a mile away from The Ascent, so you’ll have a much shorter trip to the shops than shopping fanatics from across the country, who flock to the modern development for a spot of retail therapy.

Since you’re right in the middle of the city, you’ll also find many major supermarkets in the vicinity for your food shopping.

Where can I go to chill out?

You’ll be able to enjoy a private cinema at The Ascent, as well as a sauna and steam room, so there’s no shortage of places to chillax.
