At Iconinc, we pride ourselves on redefining luxury student living, and our recent open days have been the perfect showcase of what makes us exceptional. We’ve welcomed students and visitors to experience first-hand the fun, comfort, and vibrant community that Iconinc offers. We had such an event at Lincoln’s Gravity this month, and we’ve just done the same thing at the Leeds Glassworks site! Here’s what we got up to: 

Throughout the day, all of our facilities were open for everyone to explore. From the ultra-modern gym and wellness zones to the cosy study areas and communal lounges, visitors experienced the full range of amenities designed to support both academic success and personal well-being. The open day truly encapsulated the vibrant, supportive community that is at the heart of Iconinc.

A Taste of Luxury: Free Sushi, Mochi, and Boba

Upon arrival, guests were greeted with a culinary treat from Cupp, featuring an array of free sushi, mochi, and refreshing boba. This delightful spread was the perfect introduction to the premium lifestyle that Iconinc residents enjoy every day. The delectable flavours set the tone for a day filled with indulgence and excitement.

Desserts in the Cinema: Sweet Treats and Silver Screens

Our state-of-the-art cinema room transformed into a dessert haven, where guests could indulge in an assortment of sweet treats while enjoying the latest blockbusters. This unique combination of delicious desserts and cinematic entertainment provided a cosy and luxurious experience, highlighting one of the many perks of living at Iconinc.

Creative Fun: Pottery Painting and Mocktails in the Boudoir

The boudoir, known for its elegant and relaxing ambiance, became a hub of creativity and refreshment. Students and visitors enjoyed pottery painting sessions, allowing their artistic sides to flourish. To complement the creative activities, we served an array of exquisite mocktails, offering a sophisticated twist to the afternoon.

Game On: Snacks and Prizes in the Games Room

Our fully equipped games room was buzzing with energy as guests engaged in friendly competition. Everyone was excited and revved up at their chance to win one of the many prizes on offer, from Deliveroo vouchers, to giant boxes of chocolate to plushies. The excitement was heightened with the snacks and amazing charcuterie board available to keep energy levels up and fantastic prizes to be won, ensuring that every participant left with a smile!
