Rebecca Marsden is currently living in Leeds studying beauty therapy after spending two years travelling after college. However, Rebecca is transferring University in September to study makeup and special effects and she has decided to choose IconInc as the place to call home for the next year.
Leeds has been described recently as the hub of the North, with so many new opportunities in the city now it's easy to see why so many students are choosing to study here. Rebecca says she moved to Leeds originally because it was such a vibrant city with a wealth of student activity - plus so many of her friends were already living here.
After spending time in other shared accommodation Rebecca explains her reasons for choosing a studio apartment at IconInc:
"After living with a group of girls I just needed my own space. I wanted something modern and new but that also has a vibrant social area. IconInc is in a good location and the extras, such as the cinema room and gym, are a bonus!"
Rebecca's main interests are in makeup and fashion, however in her time away from University Rebecca likes going to bars, socialising with friends and exercising in the gym. IconInc will be the perfect place to spend any free time away from studies as there are so many social spaces to relax and meet new people.
Rebecca describes her hopes for the next year living at IconInc:
"Somewhere fun to live where I have my own space, but I'm also able to make friends with other people living there". -
