IconInc will have high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building so that you can connect wirelessly from any device wherever you are. We will also be providing superfast 100Mb broadband in each room that can be connected to via an Ethernet port at your desk.
As well as your stylish apartment, you will have access to a number of social spaces including the cinema room and games room for down time. There is also an on-site gym, which is also free to use all year round for all tenants of IconInc. When it comes to uni work, head over to the study rooms where you can meet with groups, revise in the library or practice presentation.

There’s no need to worry about leaving your personal items in your room. You will be completely covered by our contents insurance, inclusive with every apartment, so you can have peace of mind every time you leave the complex.
